Where required, we coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical and other consultant input, prepare for municipal submissions and address constructability before work begins.
Pre-construction planning
Pricing, trade scopes, procurement, sequencing, schedule and site logistics are coordinated before mobilization.
Construction
KA Constructors manages site operations, trades, quality, safety, schedule and client communication through the active build.
Closeout & handover
We coordinate inspections, deficiency completion, applicable commissioning, closeout documentation and final turnover.
Broader coordination
Need support before construction starts?
For selected projects, the agreed scope can extend earlier in the lifecycle to include acquisition support, feasibility and due diligence, then continue through design, construction and handover.
